Certain people are born to do certain jobs. My man Dean was born to be a car detailer! I was referred to him by a coworker of mine who has gotten her car detailed several times. She's raved about how good of a job Dean does so I had to check it out for myself.

What first left an impression on me were the type of questions asked up front in regards to the condition of my car. All very thought out questions that gave him the best idea of the condition of my car so he can give me an as accurate quote as possible. Many times with detailing services, I've experienced that they draw you in with low quotes, but they expect your car to be in a near mint condition. So they tack on several hundred dollars later. Dean makes sure he knows what he is getting into and is upfront with his pricing. Next, something that is huge in today's world, is responsive communication. Dean is one of the fastest texters I have ever corresponded with. If you have a question or request, he's replying within minutes. Easy to talk to and communicate with.

Now getting into the quality of the work... It's difficult to put it into words, other than, I feel like I have a brand new car. The level of attention to detail amazed me. My coworker kept telling me over and over that once Dean is done with the car, if you run your fingers over your paint it is going to feel like glass! Sure enough you can FEEL the difference once he was done. The paint was so smooth and glossy, I couldn't believe it. All road tar build up, brake dust on the rims, completely gone.

Overall I am SUPER impressed with the quality of work that Dean was able to provide while at the same time NOT breaking the bank. Before Dean even saw my car he told me that he was going to EXCEED my expectations. He definitely exceeded ALL my expectations. I will definitely be a return customer, and I'll be referring him to my friends for all their detailing needs.
